Our recent stay was for leisure purposes, as we wanted to explore the nearby museums and attractions in downtown Washington DC. Despite a few inconveniences like waiting for the room and limited elevator availability, the comfortable bed, delicious breakfast selection, and accommodating staff made our experience pleasant. We particularly enjoyed the variety of sweet and savory breakfast options and the quiet atmosphere of the hotel for a good night's rest. We look forward to returning for another visit in the future.

Staff can be hit or miss, but Mr Axel stood out positively. Room amenities were on point, although some maintenance issues arose. Breakfast spread was a hit despite occasional hiccups. Parking confusion was a downside. Good location near Capital One Center.

The room size was spacious and had convenient amenities like a mini refrigerator and microwave. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was just a minute walk to the bus stop, making it easy to commute into downtown.
